COVID-19 Response & Recovery

Global pandemic project began March 2020 impacting our country and the world. We partnered with Epicenter-Innovation to provide training and mentoring in the Incident Command System (ICS).
In addition we were able to support for operational planning for Alternate Care Site (ACS) operations, as well as, planning and logistics section mentoring.
Recovering from the impacts of this pandemic and documenting lessons learned are vital and will require significant planning and action. Not only will it require businesses and facilities to reimagine their responsibilities to their service population, but it will also require them to coordinate reopening with their partners.

With this project, we helped our client set up a plan with long term benefits. We then provided expert advice and strategic planning to help them with implementation.
This Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), in a single repository, all of the information that describes AMP Communication’s ability to withstand a disaster as well as the processes that must be followed to achieve disaster recovery.

Provide a flexible framework for the Indianapolis EMS Division and “Event Medics” to utilize while providing emergency medical coverage at the Harry Potter Wizards Unite (HPWU) 2019 Fest at White River State Park, Indianapolis, Indiana August 30, 2019 – September 2, 2019.
A Special Event is defined as any planned activity that is held that will place a group of 10,000 or more known or estimated participants or attendees.
